Are you satisfied with your body composition and progress in the gym? Or you want a crucial change in your lifestyle and nutrition. Maybe you want to start strength training but you feel lost, I can help you and advise you on  how to make this happen. I offer help to novice and advanced trainees. My programs are up to the individual, considering all factors like lifestyle, sleep, stress, nutrition etc. Communication is key to achieve our results because coaching is teamwork, we have you work together to effectively pursue our goals.

Gym, training

- An individualised training program, taking advantage of your strengths and working extensively on your weaknesses and goals. My training programs are also gender, age and experience specific. Building your confidence on and off the gym.

- Nutritional advice on how to structure a meal plan, meal timing, food choice, hunger management, reducing food cravings and more.

I am big believer in nutrition being the 95% of the sustainable lifestyle change and body composition so I am really meticulous on that matter.

Packed Lunch, nutrition

- Lifestyle factors: managing stress, sleep quality, motivation and discipline, eating out at restaurants and more. Combining dieting, training, career and time with family is challenging but not impossible, we all have our obstacles lets overcome them.

- Daily comunication: I strongly believe that communication is a key to success so I am available every day of the year and I respond within 16-20 hours.

- Video materials on how to perform exercises in perfect form and analysing your technique. Injury management, how to exercise around our injury without aggravating it.

- Supplementation: A recommendation on what supplement do we need for our goals. I firmly believe that we don't need any supplements to make a big change in our physique so most of my clients don't even bother using. Supplements are the cherry on the top not a must have.
